Are you wearing a mouth guard? Did you know that mouth guards are one of the least expensive pieces of protective gear available. The American Association of Orthodontists recommends mouth guards be worn any time the teeth could come into contact with a ball, a hard object, another player or the pavement. All of us at shepherdorthodontics encourage our athletes to play it safe while on the field, court, ice, etc. Have fun, stay safe and keep smiling!
