I have been employed with Dr. Shepherd since 2000. I am married to
my high school sweetheart and the mother of six amazing children
and the grandmother of many. Gardening is one of my passions. I
also enjoy reading, especially about history. I take pride in my
work and make a special effort to take a genuine interest in each
of Dr. Shepherd’s patients, as does everyone here. I LOVE
MY JOB!
Stephanie Tucker
Chairside Assistant
I have been in the orthodontic field since 1993 and have had the
opportunity of working front office as well as chairside. I started
working fulltime for Dr. Shepherd in 1999 and have enjoyed doing
my part in helping our patients achieve beautiful smiles. I am
married and am currently raising four beautiful kids, and one miniature
pincher. In all my free time I enjoy cooking (as well as eating),
reading, and being outdoors.
Brooke Redd
Chairside Assistant/Marketing Designer
I have been working for Dr. Shepherd since 2000. I am married to
my high school sweetheart and we have one beautiful daughter, Ireland
Lily. I love my boss, especially since he is my dad, and I love
working with our office staff. We are truly one big silly family.
I love hiking, camping, biking, and traveling everywhere I get
the chance. My other passion in life is art. I graduated from Weber
State University with a bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications:
Design, and I enjoy doing freelance work in the graphic design
field. I also design all of shepherdorthodontics identity, marketing,
and advertising.
Casey Shepherd
Chairside Assistant
I have been working for Dr. Shepherd as a chairside assistant since
2004. I got married in 2006 to my sweetheart Britney and we now
live in Las Vegas, Nevada where I am attending dental school at
UNLV. Fishing and hunting are my passions, and I love to be anywhere
outdoors. I also returned from my mission in 2004, where I served
in the blessed land of South Korea. I love my job, and I love my
boss – he’s my dad.
Pam Sommers
Office Manager/Financial Coordinator/Chairside
Assistant
I have over twenty years of experience in the orthodontic field.
I have been with Dr. Shepherd since 1990. I have a daughter named
Shantry, two dogs (Lacey Lou and Izabelle), and a cat (Cagney). I
am excited about my side business, “SommHart”, which
is a non-profit organization that helps raise money for foster children
and abused or homeless adults. I enjoy boating, camping, hiking,
and I have a lot of fun in my adult tap class. I have two motorcycles,
dirt and road, and ride them as much as possible. I love my job and
look forward to coming to work. I have the GREATEST BOSS in the world!
I consider his family and the employees of this office my family.
McCall Ward
Chairside Assistant/Lab Technician
I have worked in Dr. Shepherd’s office as a chairside assistant
since 2004. I have also been working as a lab technician in the office
since 2001. I finished my associate’s degree at Weber State
University in the summer of 2006. On a more exciting note, I got
married in August of 2006 and I now enjoy the fun of being a poor
newlywed. I enjoy playing soccer and any other activity that takes
place outdoors. I love the amazing staff that I work with and I love
my boss, who I also call Dad.
Becca Hardman
Lab Technician
I have worked for Dr. Shepherd since 2002 as a lab technician and
the cleaning fairy. I am a lab technician by night and a local
produce stand sales girl by day. When I am not working, I attend
Weber State University studying Interior Design Technology and
Technical Sales. Design is something I have always loved to do.
My other passion is cooking and I teach cooking classes. If I get
any free time, I am devoted to boating, fishing, shopping, painting
and watching movies. (Oh! and dating, I’m single and available!)
Most of all I love spending time with my hilarious family and friends.
I love the witty staff and especially my amazing boss. It’s
a blessing in my life to have such a great job.
Lisa Enz
Chairside Assistant
I am honored to be back and working with a fantastic group of people after a long 6 year break. My hobbies include reading, hiking, 4-wheeling, snowmobiling and camping. I'm a member of a book club and have been on the Executive Board of the PTA for three years. I adore my Husband and our three children. We enjoy spending time outdoors and vacationing together. Summer is my favorite time of the year. I am excited to help and create those famous Dr. Shepherd smiles and to be a part of his "working family".

I have been employed with Dr. Shepherd since October of 2007. I am married to my high school sweetheart and I am the mother of three children. In my free time I enjoy camping, fishing, and golfing.
